Hey Cornell Cross Country Fans…
The end of summer is fast approaching, and the Rams have been training hard in anticipation of the 2023 cross country season. One of the critical aspects of our program is preseason. These days are filled with training, team bonding, and setting our goals and trajectory for the upcoming season.
Last year, we took preseason to the next level by getting off campus for a running camp in Norwalk, Iowa. We spent four days in a large cabin in the woods with access to a lake, tons of games, activities, and running trails. It is a major highlight for our student-athletes and we have never been closer or more excited to start the season! We are raising funds to go back to this camp to kick off the 2023 season.

A Message from Coach Frawley:
“Cornell has a storied history and tradition of great cross country and distance running. A very important piece of that success over the years, has been team culture and atmosphere. It has been my goal to keep this tradition alive and well.
We have so many alumni that are proud supporters of the program and have fond memories of their time at Cornell. Our athletes work extremely hard and are proud to continue the legacy that so many before them helped pave. They are constantly reminded of just how special it is to be a part of this program. We would not be where we are today without your generosity, love, and support. Thank you for helping us create lifelong memories! Go Rams!”
Why are donations necessary?
We are reaching out to all family, friends, and alumni of the program to ask for your support for the Cornell cross country team’s trip to our preseason camp in Norwalk, Iowa. We have worked extremely hard this summer and can’t wait to get back on campus to start the season off in the best way possible. Thank you for your continued support of this historic program!
